As part of a broader program of work to develop this client’s service portfolio, this project drove the initial phase of their transformation journey and laid the platform for other key projects. I helped my client identify their mission, specify their goals and establish a best practise model to replicate going forward. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them succeed in the long run. It was considered a success; with the client, their customer and myself were extremely satisfied with the end result and went on to collaborate on more projects together

In the consulting industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. This enterprise client found itself seeking to redefine itself and it’s current relevancy in a rapidly changing market. Working amongst a complex environment with an equally complex ecosystem of stakeholders, the requirement for a clear and defined outcome proved to be the key. By engaging on this project from the beginning, I helped my client define the ideal outcome for the situation, and through strategic planning we were able to achieve a great end result.

Not all client’s operate in a typically structured industry but when this client from the music industry had a requirement to reposition its brand, it was music to my ears! This specific project is a great example of how I keep my clients’ best interest in mind by regularly blending the external market influences into the product development. My goal is to help all of my clients reach their desired outcome by analyzing each scenario from a variety of angles and perspectives.
